The kitchen at Halcyon Place is noted for creating delectable breakfasts and delicious Halcyon brownies.  Favorite dishes include crepes with blueberry sauce, Grand Marnier French toast, herbed baked eggs and tarragon and goat cheese omelets.  Yvonne loves to bake, so plan to indulge yourself here with lemon verbena bread and many varieties of scones and muffins. Seasonal herbs, fruits and vegetables are always featured.  During the late Summer and Fall, apples from an heirloom apple tree provides the prime ingredient for a puffy apple pancake.
